No sunlight on a long term strategic plan related to the future use of these detention facilities.

Lack of Transparency and Usurping of the Voice of the People

Burden on State, County, and Local Community

While this is pitched as a source of revenue, this use is a far less long term revenue generating function that were the warehouse to have remained for its original use. For an administration claiming to want to reinvigorate the private sector and bolster job grown in manufacturing and retail, it’s pretty rich that it’s instead touting the creation of Fed dependent jobs with questionable long-term stability.
